Minerva Swinney married James B. Teller on 29 Sept 1851 in Fort Wayne, Allen Co., IN per Teller Family Bible and Indiana Marriage Records. She died in Washington, Iowa and is buried in Fort Wayne. They never lived in Sioux City, IA. James B. Teller was born in New York 1823,
Thomas is their son who was born 1852.
Cora their daughter who was born in 1854.

It would be nice if people would actually check out and prove the information they put on their internet sites as there is getting to be so much garbage out there as so many people just copy what some one else says. Any one worth their salt in genealogy research knows that family legend is not always correct.
By the way I am a desendant of Minerva Swinney and James B. Teller and have done research in the various towns that they lived and have visited their homes..<br />
