| Death |
21 Jun 1843 |
Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States [2] |
| Cause: Yellow Fever |
| Burial |
Warsaw Cemetery, Warsaw, Wyoming, New York, United States [2] |
- There is an inscription for him (name, birth, and death dates) on the large central monument in the Fisher family plot at the Warsaw Cemetery but he has no individual headstone there, as his wife, two sons, and brother Samuel Fisher each do. In fact, he died before that section of the Warsaw cemetery had opened (circa 1850). So it is not clear if he is actually buried there, but more probably was buried somewhere in Baton Rouge Parish.
