Sometimes known as Samuel Fisher II or 2nd, as he was born just a few years after his double first cousin, Samuel Fisher (1801-1876), son of Ebenezer and Mary/Polly (Dean) Fisher . Both men lived in Warsaw, NY at the same time, hence the designations 1st and 2nd.
