1764 This became the Price "family farm" when Homer bought it from his sister and brother following their Uncle Bobby's death. The land has now passed to Homer's grandchildren. It has a working windmill that provides water for grazing cows, a pond, and a gas well. Williamson, Samuel Robert (I507)

1774 This is speculation - might not be the right person.
"Albert Brenholts" was a boarder in someone else's home, working as a bookkeeper. A 17 year old male listed as LD Bates was also a boarder in this home. Alfred would soon be married to Clara Bates, she had a brother who was 17 at the time, his name was Arthur, though we don't know much about him. The Eli Bates family in the 1880 Census does not include Arthur in that house. This could be Alfred Brenholts and Arthur Bates, but it could be two different people entirely.
Brenholts, Alfred (I753)

1775 This is the release from the Adoption Home to Homer and Katie, consenting for him to be adopted by them. Source (S539)

1776 This is the second child of John and Isabel to be named William. The first William (I4522) died young, prior to this William's birth. It's reasonable to conclude that this man was named in memory of his deceased elder brother. Burnett, William (I2137)

1777 this location is likely wrong - most likely it was Italy or Waxahachie or Forreston in Ellis County. Some of Mom's notes made it seem like Boise was the same as Waxahachie - and that just is NOT right. Family: Samuel Scott Riffle / Mary Elizabeth Embry (F45)

1778 This man appears in the same household with Robert Duck's family, enumerated with a woman I presume to be his wife (and Robert Duck's daughter) and also a 6 month old child. Baker, John V. (I2391)

1779 This newspaper clipping gives very few clues as to its source. It was in Barbara Chamberlain's collection, mentions "Grace Church" and credits the photo to the "Evening Post". I'm guessing 1930 timeframe.

Was this during his days at The Taft School in Watertown CT? There is a connection between that school and Grace Church in NYC - and Grace Church in NYC has a long history of a choir of Men and Boys. So maybe?
