Ice Cream Bread
The kids will love mixing up this recipe and leaving lumps!
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups | all-purpose flour |
| 2 1/4 tsp | baking powder |
| 3/4 tsp | salt |
| 2 cups | very soft vanilla ice cream |
Instructions

- Mix together just to moisten flour.
- Spread evenly in greased 9-in. loaf pan.
- Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

- Do not overmix a quick bread batter like this. The dry ingredients should be moistened but never well beaten.
