My best friend Kerry knows me as a bit of a science and technology geek, a bit of a history geek, and pretty much fascinated to learn new stuff about anything. (Yeah, he knows me pretty well) So one day he tells me about this show he saw on Food Network where this guy talks about one food item and goes into the science of it, the history of it, makes stupid jokes, and then cooks up something delicious. Well, I had to check it out.
Good Eats, his show, instantly got a Season Pass on my TiVo.
